In der regionalen Kleinbrauerei in Oberwart wurden Biere mit hochwertigen Rohstoffen nach traditionellen Rezepten produziert
unter sorgfältiger Auswahl hochwertiger Rohstoffe. Malz aus österreichischen Mälzereien, Hopfen aus dem Mühlviertel.

Nach dem Maischen, Läutern und Würzekochen wurde der Sud abgekühlt, in die Gärtanks gepumpt und in einem kontrollierten Prozess
durch die Hefe fermentiert.

Nach der Hauptgärung wurde das Bier in den Tanks gereift und anschließend für ein volleres
Geschmackserlebnis unfiltriert abgefüllt.
